Welcome to M Body Fitness, conveniently located in the Commons at Shem Creek on Coleman Boulevard in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Our experienced Pilates instructor and founder, Meredith Williams and state-of-the-art equipment are only a few of the things that makes M Body Fitness so unique. M Body fitness offers different class types from private, semi-private, to small group classes. Meredith uses a variety of Pilates equipment including a whole body vibrational floor along with bodyweight suspension training, Balanced Body Pilates orbit, isometric movements, and plyometric cardio blasts. Each exercise is focused on precise movements and core fundamentals to provide safe and effective movement through every exercise for a long, lean, sculpted body. Meredith’s unique approach provides the quickest and most effective path to your best body ever! ABOUT MY APPROACH
Meredith’s extensive training and certification in Stott Pilates and a lifetime of experience in other exercise fields such as classical ballet have enabled her to create a personalized exercise program for everyone featuring detail-oriented, quick-paced, core-focused workouts that have earned her the nick name “Miss Motivation!” Come visit M Body fitness and take the first step towards having the body you have always wanted!
